Many Touch Him and Are Made Well^(A)

^34 (B)When they had crossed over, they came ^[a]to the land of Gennesaret. ³⁵ And when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, ³⁶ and begged Him that they might only ^(C)touch the hem of His garment. And ^(D)as many as touched it were made perfectly well.

¹⁵ He is ^(A)the image of the invisible God, ^(B)the firstborn over all creation. ¹⁶ For ^(C)by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or ^(D)dominions or ^[a]principalities or ^[b]powers. All things were created ^(E)through Him and for Him. ^17 (F)And He is before all things, and in Him ^(G)all things consist. ¹⁸ And ^(H)He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, ^(I)the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Reconciled in Christ

¹⁹ For it pleased the Father that ^(J)in Him all the fullness should dwell, ²⁰ and ^(K)by Him to reconcile ^(L)all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, ^(M)having made peace through the blood of His cross.

¹⁰ The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

⁶ Jesus said to him, “I am ^(A)the way, ^(B)the truth, and ^(C)the life. ^(D)No one comes to the Father ^(E)except through Me.

^12 (A)Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

^7 (A)And as you go, preach, saying, ^(B)‘The kingdom of heaven ^[a]is at hand.’

Jesus Teaches the Fear of God^(A)

²⁷ “Whatever I tell you in the dark, ^(B)speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops.

^2 (A)He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

^15 (A)And He said to them, “Go into all the world ^(B)and preach the gospel to every creature.
